1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your p999 online balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports and events on p999 online. Specific sports — including Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports — may have additional rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. p999 online reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system errors or data feed issues.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before settlement.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the required completion point will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. In most cases, stakes are returned if the event does not reach a conclusive result.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. There may be brief periods where in-play betting is suspended around key moments in a match. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• p999 online uses official data providers for match results and statistics. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, the decision of p999 online — based on official data sources — is final.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately following settlement.

p999 online monitors betting activity for patterns that may indicate match manipulation, system abuse or coordinated irregular betting. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Eligible Games & Sports: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets and specific casino games may contribute at different rates. This is specified per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's terms.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999 online. Breach of any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets, exploit system errors or use software tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information relating to the outcome of an event
• Using automated scripts, bots or any non-human means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud
• Colluding with other players in casino or live casino games
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the p999 online platform

p999 online actively monitors for prohibited activity. If your account is suspended under this clause, any pending withdrawal requests will be held pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited.
